We are looking for someone who has a tenacity for sales and revenue optimization, through both direct and indirect channels such as digital – someone who knows how to get the best conversions out of their teams and is passionate about leveraging technology to drive results!
Responsibilities will be concentrated on generating sales and revenue performance. The Sales Specialist implements strategies that support sales and revenue objectives, participates in weekly sales review meetings to gauge performance and foster an idea exchange, and ensures that onsite teams are equipped with the tools and resources needed to achieve overall business results. This role will cover the European Market and will report to the Sales Manager & Head of Sales Continental Europe.
Key Responsabilities:
· Lead by example through exhibiting and enforcing the sales culture.
· Monitor and manage all sales opportunities and activities across multiple locations.
· Review sales reporting and work with onsite teams on areas of improvement including, but not limited to traffic generation, lead management, tour conducting, closing techniques, and price optimization.
· Provide to line managers timely performance updates that identify concerns/potential risks as well as opportunities.
· Attend and actively participate in leasing calls, sales meetings, and other conferences.
· Monitor , support, coach, and provide sales training to Yugoers to instill confidence, ensure success, and promote sales performance.
· Acquire and apply an extensive knowledge of individual spaces, university markets, local competitors, student demographics, and overseas/visa requirements.
· Collaborate closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to achieve shared objectives such as revenue KPIs and brand integrations.

· Support Sales journey:
• Follow up with leads to keep the conversation going and help turn interest into bookings
• Assist with creating, processing and finalizing bookings to ensure smooth and successful move-ins.
· Lead and manager partnerships with academic institutions
• Identity and target prospective academic institutions for new collaboration opportunities
• Build and manage a pipeline of academic institutions for outreach and follow-up
• Present proposals and negotiate partnerships terms tailored to each academic institutions needs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the accounts and cultivate strong relationships
• Ensure timely renewals of existing university agreements
• Track progress, performance metrics, and engagement levels across all partnerships
· Attendance at events and occasional travel
