Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities


Training Program Development and Delivery

  • Facilitate global training initiatives, continuously evaluating the effectiveness and sustainability of training to deliver strong commercial performance
  • Contribute to the development of global scalable training initiatives to ensure consistency of student and employee experiences across our global business, while understanding when localization is important
  • Deliver and support the facilitation of technical and soft skills training to Yugoers in person, through webinars, or through recordings and video
  • Develop training materials to support learning (including job aids and resources)
  • Support Train-the-Trainer skills development to enhance leader confidence and competency in completing on-the-job training with their Yugoers

Onboarding & Employee Support

  • Work in close liaison with People Specialists and Business Leaders to support onboarding and induction resources for new employees
  • Utilize and maintain Yugo University (our Learning Management System) and assist with the curation of our training partner content
  • Travel to onsite locations as needed to support training needs (up to 35% travel required)

Compliance & Reporting

  • Manage monthly compliance reporting, maintaining open communication and driving online training completion to maintain compliance with regulations
  • Monitor training effectiveness and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner

Special Projects & Collaboration

  • Complete special projects as directed by the L&D Manager
  • Participate in global training development programs
  • Support group-wide training activities when required (with approval from L&D Manager)

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Must be a native speaker of one of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, French, or German
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Formal qualification in Learning and Development (e.g., CIPD or ITOL)
  • Proven experience as a facilitator (one-to-one, group, virtual, and face-to-face)
  • Learning and Development experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong coordination skills with ability to influence and build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Experience in instructional and digital learning design
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to prepare documentation for stakeholder groups at varying levels
  • In-depth knowledge of training techniques, engagement strategies, and assessment methods
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Experience using content creation tools (such as Articulate360, Scribe, HeyGen, or similar AI generative video creation tools)

Highly Desirable

  • Experience working with global operations and diverse workforces
  • Background in student housing, property management, hospitality, or retail sector
