Yugo is the trusted name for student housing, globally. Every day we connect young people to opportunities and students to amazing spaces. Here at Yugo, we like to do things differently. It's about people, planet, and passion.

We are looking for an organised and proactive Operational Support Specialist to join our global operations team. In this role, you’ll help support key programs that improve how we operate and how our students experience Yugo around the world. From supporting the delivery of global student satisfaction surveys to helping manage our improvement projects and keeping our operational policies in check, you'll play a vital part in helping us run smoothly and consistently.

This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants to get experience in business operations, customer insight, and project support within a global organisation that puts students at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Student Satisfaction Surveys:
    • Help coordinate our global student feedback programme from setting up surveys, to collecting and organising results, and sharing insights with the team.

  • Project Support:
    • Assist with the planning, tracking, and communication of global operational improvement projects, ensuring tasks stay on schedule and stakeholders stay informed.

  • Policy & Procedure Administration:
    • Support the management of our global library of operational policies and procedures. Keep everything up to date, manage review dates, and help with formatting and publishing.

  • Data & Reporting:
    • Help compile and format reports and dashboards to support decision-making and track progress on key initiatives.

  • Team Support:
    • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Operational Transformation team to keep everything running efficiently.

This job description is intended as a guide and is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. As this role sits within a growing and evolving department, your tasks and priorities may develop over time in response to new challenges and opportunities. This is a global, hands-on, and collaborative position, and flexibility will be key as we continue to shape the way we work.
