Partnership Program Manager

  • Salary: £42,000 - £45,000

In 2025, Yugo became the exclusive student housing operating partner of Visa Cash App Racing Bulls (“VCARB”) Formula One™ Team, providing students unparalleled access to unique opportunities and experiences worldwide.

 

This role is responsible for driving and delivering Yugo’s global partnership strategy, with a particular focus on high-impact initiatives like VCARB and student-facing activations. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, managing strategic relationships, and ensuring partnerships are seamlessly integrated into brand and marketing activity. Operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, they must bring a global mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for creating meaningful experiences for students around the world.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the rollout and optimisation of key partnership programmes (e.g. VCARB), ensuring each initiative aligns with brand objectives, delivers value, and meets performance KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and brand teams to seamlessly integrate partnerships (VCARB) into global and local campaigns.
  • Partner with on-the-ground teams to manage the end-to-end logistics of partnership-driven student activations, ensuring brand alignment, operational efficiency, and high-quality student experiences across all markets.
  • Monitor key metrics and partnership KPIs, providing regular reporting, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with partners, ensuring contractual commitments and brand standards are met, and long-term collaborations are strengthened.
  • Support the development of student loyalty initiatives, identifying and onboarding new partners to enrich the offer, boost engagement, and drive incremental revenue.
  • Identify, develop, and nurture high-value brand partnerships that enhance Yugo’s visibility, create meaningful impact for students, and deliver mutual benefits.

Experience and Knowledge

Essential:

  • Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or Business-related degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in partnerships.
  • Proven experience in partnerships, ideally within a global or multi-market environment, with a strong track record of delivering cross-functional brand activations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives across departments, manage timelines, and ensure consistent execution.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data and KPIs to measure brand performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across marketing, sales, operations, and external agencies.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a resourceful, positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative across a wide range of tasks.
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to grasp complex concepts, collaborate with subject matter experts, and communicate solutions clearly in both written and visual formats.
  • Internationally minded, with a global perspective and the flexibility to travel as required to support activations across markets.

 

Desirable:

  • F1 experience.
  • Proficient in Spanish and/or French.
  • Design capabilities.
