Leasing & Marketing Administrator

Our Marketing Administrator will play a vital support role across the sales and marketing functions for the UK & Ireland portfolio. Working closely with the Leasing & Marketing Specialists and property teams, they will ensure the efficient coordination of key marketing activities and contribute to optimising occupancy and leasing performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage updates to Yugo websites, ensuring that content, offers, and promotional materials are accurate, timely, and on-brand.
• Track and report on live incentives and promotions across the UK & Ireland portfolio, maintaining internal records and timelines.
• Coordinate production and delivery of printed marketing and sales collateral to residences, including open day materials, banners, flyers, and branded merchandise.
• Design digital and social media assets using brand templates and guidelines, supporting local and national campaigns.
• Liaise with the central marketing team to ensure campaign alignment and maintain visual and messaging consistency across all channels.
• Support the Leasing & Marketing Specialists with admin tasks such as reporting, lead tracking, calendar planning, campaign performance summaries, and CRM updates.
• Assist in campaign rollout and execution for rebooking, international student outreach, and agent-driven initiatives.
• Help organise content gathering for social and digital campaigns, including liaising with residence teams for photography and local stories.

Key Skills & Capabilities
Experience and Knowledge
Essential:
• Some experience or education in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Competent using digital tools including Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Basic familiarity with social media platforms and website CMS systems.
Desirable:
• Experience working in a student accommodation, hospitality, or retail environment.
• Exposure to CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp).
• Some understanding of content marketing, digital design or analytics.
