Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, advising on salary benchmarking, advertising strategies, and interview processes to drive best-in-class hiring practices.

  • Applicant Tracking & Process Optimisation: Oversee and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring that recruitment metrics are effectively tracked, analysed, and used to refine hiring strategies. Implement data-driven decision-making to improve efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience.

  • Bulk Recruitment & Assessment Materials: Lead the design and execution of assessment materials for recruitment panels and high-volume hiring campaigns. Develop structured approaches to assess candidates fairly and consistently across multiple regions.

  • Talent Pipeline & Workforce Planning: Build and maintain strong talent pipelines by identifying future recruitment needs and high-potential candidates. Anticipate workforce trends and proactively address talent gaps in partnership with regional teams.

  • Budget & Cost Management: Monitor recruitment budgets across multiple regions, ensuring cost-effective hiring solutions while maintaining high-quality recruitment standards. Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and process enhancements.

  • Employer Branding & Candidate Attraction: Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to position Yugo as an employer of choice across diverse markets. Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to create impactful recruitment campaigns, engaging social media content, and compelling career site updates. Represent Yugo at regional job fairs, university events, and industry networking opportunities.

  • Training & Hiring Manager Support: Deliver recruitment training for hiring managers, ensuring consistency in hiring practices across regions. Partner with People & Culture teams to identify skill gaps and develop effective talent strategies. Travel to Yugo properties and offices as needed to provide on-site recruitment support and reinforce the employer brand.

  • Recruitment Analytics & Reporting: Utilise recruitment data and analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-hire, diversity metrics, turnover rates, and recruitment costs. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to continuously improve hiring and retention strategies. Support engagement surveys and contribute to post-survey action planning.
